Error Messages
"The lender/borrower/ in this loan does not have enough BTC balance to fullfill request or has unconfirmed transactions pending. Please try again later".
One of the participants does not have enough spendable BTC for the loan or network fees, or has pending inputs that cannot currently be spent.
Check the spendable balance and warning shown in the transaction modal. If pending BTC is not usable, wait for confirmation or use the in-app CPFP action when available, then try again.
"Repayer does not have sufficient BTC balance for fees or has unconfirmed transactions. Please try again later".
The borrower needs enough spendable BTC to cover the principal, interest, and network fee. Eligible unconfirmed BTC produced and tracked through Liquidium may be usable. Unrelated external pending deposits may still need to confirm.
"Unlocker does not have sufficient BTC balance for fees or has unconfirmed transactions. Please try again later".
The party unlocking the collateral needs enough spendable BTC to cover the unlock network fee. If pending BTC is not usable, wait for confirmation or use the in-app CPFP action when available.
The loan was repaid successfully but i can't unlock my ordinal.
Contact support through the chat widget. Include your BTC and Ordinals addresses and a link to the repayment transaction so the team can inspect the affected loan.
